Everything you find in our store has been carefully developed and designed to set a new standard in skull fashion. T-shirts are printed on the high quality soft & comfy tees of a well-known brands District, Port & Co, American Apparel and more to come. We offer T-shirts, Tanks, Hoodies, Sweatshirts and also Hats, Socks as well as other garments. Because of ever extending assortment of products, we advise you to contact us for more information on specific product.

I JUST MADE AN ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT? WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
After your order is accepted (takes 24 hours at most) we prepare the items for shipping. Please note that, many products are made-on-demand, which means they go into production once the order is accepted (production can take 7 days in some cases). Most orders are shipped in 2 – 5 working days though, and shipping time for the USA takes 3-5 working days. When shipped you will receive shipping confirmation with tracking on your email (tracking available by USPS for USA, Royal Mail for UK, Canada Post for Canada and AUS Post for Australia).

I ORDERED 2 ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When you order multiple items with us they might be shipped separately. That’s because of the way we source different products. You may receive one part of your order before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they will get to you!

PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?
First check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If you entered the wrong email at the checkout, let us know at support@skullistic.com and we will update your account and resend all purchase emails.

OH NO, I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR SHIRT SIZE! CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to care of it (definitely possible in 24 hours after order). If you notice later, however, we can't make any promises. Most of our apparel products are made on demand and we take great care at processing immediately after you order. If your ordered item has already been put into production or shipped, take heart. We'll make it right and help you receive what you wanted, just get in touch at support@skullistic.com

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No Cash on Delivery (COD) or alternate payment methods is available at this time.
